MWC Doha Highlights Qatar’s Advancing Vision For Cloud And AI Growth

The first MWC Doha set a strong tone for Qatar’s expanding digital ambitions as industry leaders gathered in Doha for an event centered on cloud, AI and ICT innovation. The gathering marked a notable milestone for the country as it continues to shape its place in the regional technology ecosystem, with clear objectives for digital adoption and AI integration. Among the speakers invited to participate was a representative from CNS Engineering who described the nomination as an honor, particularly given the distinguished lineup of global and regional experts contributing to the event’s discussions and presentations.

During the sessions, appreciation was extended to His Excellency Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, His Excellency Sami Al Shammari, Assistant Undersecretary for Infrastructure and Operations Affairs, and Her Excellency Reem Al Mansoori, Assistant Undersecretary of Digital Industry Affairs at the Ministry of Communications. Their presence and detailed insights into the national digital vision and MCIT roadmap provided a clear outline of Qatar’s direction in technology-driven development. Their remarks highlighted how governance, infrastructure planning and collaborative initiatives are shaping a strong foundation for sustained progress in cloud and AI capabilities.
