[May 17 2008: Karachi, Pakistan] Pegasus Consultancy recently organized Connect 2008 with the help of CIO Pakistan as a partner, 3rd Information and Communications Technology Exhibition and Conference at Karachi Expo Center, from 15th to 17th May 2008. The three day event was supported by Government of Sind, PTA, NR3C, CIO Pakistan-IDG, Microsoft and Cybernet.
The theme of the event was to promote Information Technology in Pakistan. It provided a platform for the IT leaders to share their ideas with the world and learn from various industry personnel present at the event. All the leading IT companies participated in the exhibition and displayed their latest products and solutions.
HP, Intel, Oratech, Microsoft, Cisco, Evantageosoft, Inbox, and different other companies exhibited their products at the event. Latest hardware, laptops, Bluetooth devices, banking and business solution, plus a number of conferences made this event a big success.
Such IT events are essential for growing an awareness of IT success as there is a strong need for bringing together the young generation and business communities on a common platform to join IT in this journey of global success.
