Dalda Foods has announced the successful go live of Project SPARK, completing its transition to RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud as part of its digital transformation initiative. The implementation officially went live on June 17, 2026, marking a major milestone in the company’s efforts to build a more agile, integrated, and future ready organization. Through the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, Dalda Foods has established a modern digital core designed to improve operational efficiency, strengthen business visibility, and enable faster data driven decision making across the enterprise. Project SPARK was successfully completed in just 3.5 months, reflecting the close collaboration between Dalda Foods, Systems Limited, SAP, and multiple internal stakeholders. The implementation introduced RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud across the organization, providing an integrated enterprise platform that supports business processes with improved operational control and greater access to business data. According to Dalda Foods, the transformation establishes a stronger digital foundation that enables streamlined operations and enhances organizational visibility while supporting faster decision making through centralized enterprise systems.
