Devsinc Expands Global CRM Reach with Cloud-1 Acquisition

Pakistan-based enterprise IT firm Devsinc has announced the acquisition of Cloud-1, a company specializing in Salesforce development and system integration. This strategic acquisition highlights Devsinc’s deepening investment in CRM technologies, as the company moves to capture opportunities within the rapidly expanding global Salesforce services market. Cloud-1’s addition is expected to enhance Devsinc’s ability to deliver customized CRM solutions across various industries and regions.

This marks Devsinc’s second acquisition of the year, following its earlier purchase of Alchemative Group in January 2025. While the financial details of the Cloud-1 deal have not been disclosed, the transaction aligns with Devsinc’s broader strategy to scale its enterprise service offerings and broaden its international reach, particularly in the APAC and MENA markets.

Salesforce continues to dominate the global CRM landscape, maintaining a 23.8 percent market share and generating annual revenues of $38.6 billion. Industry forecasts project the Salesforce services segment to grow to $32.7 billion by 2032, at a compound annual growth rate of over 14 percent. In this context, Devsinc’s move to strengthen its Salesforce service line through Cloud-1’s capabilities demonstrates a calculated response to growing enterprise demand for digital transformation.

Cloud-1, with its established experience in deploying Salesforce solutions, adds value across the platform’s various modules, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as in complex system integrations. Its ability to tailor Salesforce architectures to client needs complements Devsinc’s current strengths in AI, cloud infrastructure, and payments, creating a holistic tech stack for enterprise clients. The integration of Cloud-1 into Devsinc’s operations is expected to enable faster, more adaptive CRM deployments that meet diverse client requirements.

Commenting on the development, Devsinc CEO Usman Asif stated, “This acquisition exemplifies our commitment to building a comprehensive enterprise ecosystem. As part of the agreement, Cloud-1’s CEO Arsalan Khalid will join Devsinc as Director of CRM Technologies. His new role will focus on expanding and refining Devsinc’s CRM services, ensuring continuity in expertise and leadership as the two teams merge. Khalid’s experience will play a key role in scaling Salesforce-based solutions across the company’s client base in new and existing markets.

With this acquisition, Devsinc is positioning itself as a stronger player in the competitive CRM space, particularly as global demand for Salesforce implementation and consulting continues to accelerate. The move reflects Devsinc’s ongoing efforts to develop a robust suite of enterprise technologies that address both local and international business needs.
