Unisplendour Corporation Limited has reported revenue of RMB 102.155 billion for the first nine months of 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of 32.12% and marking the first time the company has exceeded RMB 100 billion in revenue during the reporting period. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 2.773 billion, registering growth of 97.53% compared with the same period last year. The financial results, released in Beijing on October 29, 2026, reflect continued business expansion across the company’s technology operations, particularly through H3C, its main subsidiary. H3C recorded revenue of RMB 80.983 billion, up 35.83% year on year, while its net profit increased 23.92% to RMB 3.133 billion. The subsidiary’s international business also maintained its growth trajectory, generating RMB 4.785 billion in revenue, an increase of 37.59% compared with the corresponding period in 2025. The performance highlights the growing contribution of international markets to H3C’s business as demand for enterprise networking, computing infrastructure, cloud platforms and artificial intelligence technologies continues to expand. H3C also maintained competitive positions across several global enterprise networking categories, ranking among the top three in enterprise core routers by market share, the top four in campus switches and enterprise branch routers, and the top five in data centre switches. The company was included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure and the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Hybrid Mesh Firewall for the second consecutive year. It was also recognized as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Server Virtualization Platforms and a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave: Data Center Network Solutions.
On October 22, H3C announced an upgraded international strategy focused on expanding its presence across global markets and strengthening its capabilities in artificial intelligence infrastructure. The strategy builds on the company’s domestic and international operations, with increased investment planned in overseas research and development, market expansion and AI-related opportunities. Its approach is structured around four areas: market, technology, partners and environmental, social and governance (ESG). Key priorities include expanding global organizational capabilities, increasing industry presence and market coverage, strengthening localized operations and services, developing solutions through continued research and development, and encouraging collaboration across its partner ecosystem. The strategy also includes a focus on green development, digital inclusion and compliance with international requirements. During the first nine months of 2026, H3C secured several significant projects in overseas markets, reflecting its expanding presence across different industries and regions. These included cooperation with the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) and a cloud platform project for a leading energy company. In Southeast Asia, the company advanced its high-end AI computing and cloud infrastructure business, including a project in Indonesia based on a 400G RoCE lossless network with a computing cluster operating at the 1,000-GPU scale. In the Middle East and surrounding markets, H3C secured projects involving a leading university in the United Arab Emirates, a government information management institution in Pakistan and a major e-commerce platform in Turkey. These engagements demonstrate the company’s efforts to expand its international customer base and deliver infrastructure solutions for government, education, energy and large-scale digital platforms. H3C stated that it intends to continue pursuing opportunities in overseas AI infrastructure, government services and major internet platforms while strengthening relationships with high-value customers.
Alongside its international expansion, H3C is continuing to invest in research and development across several advanced technology areas, including optical interconnects, SuperPods, AI computing network architectures and AI storage. In next-generation optical interconnect technology, the company’s self-developed Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) optical engine has reached the productization stage and is ready for commercial delivery. H3C is also advancing research and product development in optical switching technologies, including Optical Circuit Switching (OCS). The company reported completing what it described as the industry’s first interoperability test of high-speed links using multi-vendor 1.6T optical modules. The development is intended to support the wider commercialization of next-generation 224G high-speed AI computing networks. H3C has also introduced its self-developed G-Link open high-speed interconnect architecture for Scale-Up applications and is conducting technology upgrades, joint validation and compatibility testing across multiple GPU platforms to support performance improvements in future SuperPod products. Its Distributed Disaggregated Computing (DDC) AI computing network architecture has achieved large-scale commercial deployment and completed GPU disaggregation compatibility validation within a major telecommunications operator’s computing cluster. The architecture is designed to support high bandwidth utilization in large-scale heterogeneous computing environments. In addition, H3C is developing its self-developed XCache inference acceleration engine, which uses KV Cache technology to reduce Time to First Token (TTFT), an important performance measure for AI inference systems that reflects how quickly a model begins generating a response after receiving a request. The company’s AI-native X20000 series storage products have also completed petabyte-scale project deliveries at multiple national and provincial AI computing hubs. These deployments support applications involving ultra-high-definition video AI computing centres, provincial large language model innovation facilities and multimodal model training for robotics.
As global demand for AI infrastructure continues to grow, H3C plans to build on its capabilities across computing, networking, storage, cloud, security and operations and maintenance (O&M). These capabilities are supported by the wider industrial ecosystem of New Unisplendour Group, which includes resources across market operations, research and development, and manufacturing. The company’s technology development strategy places emphasis on strengthening the infrastructure required to support increasingly complex AI workloads, including high-performance computing clusters, advanced networking architectures and large-scale storage environments. Its international expansion plans also reflect the growing requirements of organizations investing in AI computing capacity and digital infrastructure across different regions. By combining its existing ICT portfolio with continued investment in emerging technologies, H3C aims to serve businesses and institutions seeking integrated infrastructure solutions for their digital operations. The company will continue developing both domestic and international markets while promoting deeper integration between traditional IT infrastructure and newer digital infrastructure. Unisplendour’s latest financial results, alongside H3C’s international projects and technology developments, underline the group’s focus on expanding its global business and strengthening its position in the enterprise ICT and AI infrastructure markets.
