Systems Limited has announced a strategic partnership with Dalda Foods Limited for Project SPARK, an initiative focused on supporting the company’s broader digital transformation efforts through advanced enterprise technology platforms and integrated business systems. The collaboration marks a significant step in Dalda Foods’ transition toward a more connected and digitally enabled operating environment, supported by RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Data Cloud and Analytics. Through this transformation, Dalda Foods aims to establish a scalable digital core capable of improving enterprise wide visibility, operational coordination, and data driven decision making.
Project SPARK has been designed around three central pillars identified as Core, People, and Insights, reflecting a comprehensive approach toward modernizing business operations and strengthening organizational agility. According to the announcement, the initiative is expected to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and create stronger visibility across multiple business functions. By implementing enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors, Dalda Foods seeks to improve how teams collaborate, manage workflows, and access information needed for faster and more informed decisions. The integration of SAP Business Data Cloud and Analytics is also intended to strengthen insight generation and analytical capabilities, helping the organization make use of data to support operational planning and long term business performance.
The official project kickoff brought together leadership teams from Systems Limited, Dalda Foods, and SAP to mark the beginning of the transformation initiative and align priorities for implementation. Representing Systems Limited at the event were Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Asif Peer, General Manager Pakistan Muhammad Mairaj Yousuf, Vice President Sales Pakistan for SAP Moazzam Ayaz, Vice President Program Management Irtiza Haider, and Vice President SAP Farhat Umar. Senior leadership from Dalda Foods also participated, including Chairman Bashir Jan Muhammad, Chief Executive Officer Mansoor Ali, Vice President Finance and Information Technology and Chief Financial Officer Abdul Qadir FCA, ACMA (UK), CGMA (USA), and Head of Information Technology Farhan Humayun. SAP Country Head Fahad Zahid was also present at the event, highlighting the collaborative nature of the enterprise modernization effort.
