Premier Systems Pvt. Ltd. has signed an agreement with Novacare Hospitals to design, supply, deploy, and commission the core technology environment for its upcoming digital first hospital in Islamabad. The collaboration focuses on establishing a secure and reliable technology foundation to support modern healthcare operations, including clinical data management, digital workflows, connected medical devices, and patient focused services. The agreement represents a step toward integrating advanced enterprise technologies into healthcare environments, helping hospitals improve connectivity, operational efficiency, and access to digital systems.
Under the agreement, Premier Systems will develop a comprehensive technology ecosystem for Novacare Hospitals, including a data center based on Vertiv equipment along with enterprise computing, storage, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and data protection solutions. These components will form the digital foundation required to support the hospital’s technology operations and future growth. The infrastructure will enable the secure exchange of clinical information, medical imaging, and data generated through connected healthcare devices. By combining multiple technology layers into an integrated environment, the deployment aims to provide healthcare teams with improved access to digital tools while supporting reliable and secure hospital services.
The project will also include campus wide Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and real time location services to improve visibility and coordination across the hospital environment. These technologies are expected to support better management of movable equipment and assist in tracking resources, patients, and staff within the facility. As healthcare organizations continue adopting digital solutions, reliable connectivity and real time information access are becoming important elements of modern hospital operations. The planned infrastructure will help create a connected environment where different systems and services can work together to support healthcare delivery and operational management.
The agreement was signed by Hans Kedzierski, CEO of Novacare Hospitals, and S. Arshad Raza, CEO of Premier Systems Pvt. Ltd., on September 10, 2026, at Mövenpick Hotel, Islamabad. Leadership teams from both organizations attended the signing ceremony along with representatives from HPE, Juniper Networks, and Fortinet. Through this partnership, Premier Systems and Novacare Hospitals aim to develop a technology environment that supports the hospital’s digital operations and long term objectives. The collaboration highlights the increasing role of enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and connected technologies in supporting the future of healthcare services in Pakistan.
