TallyMarks Consulting (TMC) has announced the successful go live of SAP SuccessFactors for House of Habib, marking another milestone in the group’s human resources transformation. The implementation was completed across 14 company codes in just 5.5 months, bringing together SAP Employee Central and Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) on a unified digital platform. The deployment is intended to support a more connected and efficient HR environment across the organization while streamlining key workforce management processes.
The implementation enables House of Habib to consolidate core HR operations and performance management within a single system. By integrating SAP Employee Central with Performance and Goals Management, the organization aims to improve employee data management, strengthen performance tracking, and enhance collaboration across its businesses. According to TMC, the unified platform provides a digitally enabled HR experience that supports greater operational efficiency while simplifying the management of workforce information across multiple company entities.
