The DEI Survey 2026 provides insights from 33 organizations across Pakistan, evaluating women’s representation across four key organizational levels, including Board of Directors, C Suite, Managerial, and Non Managerial categories. The survey framework is designed to assess structural diversity within organizations and provide a data driven view of gender representation across leadership pipelines. By analyzing participation at multiple tiers, the survey highlights both current achievements and areas for continued focus in building balanced leadership structures within corporate environments.
