TMC (TallyMarks Consulting) has announced the successful go live of Project Ilmone at University of Management and Technology (UMT), marking several milestones in Pakistan’s SAP transformation landscape. The project has delivered three major achievements, including Pakistan’s first SAP GROW implementation in the education sector, the first SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation, and the first integration of SAP GROW with SAP SuccessFactors. Through this deployment, TMC has helped UMT establish an integrated cloud based digital operating model connecting key business functions including human resources, payroll, finance, procurement, and banking processes.
The successful implementation brings together SAP GROW with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, creating a unified platform designed to support streamlined enterprise operations. The integration also includes banking connections, enabling improved coordination between financial processes and employee management functions.
