TMC Completes SAP S4HANA Wave 1 Go Live For ISPC Under Project IMPACTOR

Published:

TMC also known as TallyMarks Consulting has announced the successful go live of Wave 1 of its SAP S4HANA implementation for Al Ittefaq Steel Products Company under Project IMPACTOR. The milestone marks the completion of a full brownfield conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, combined with a migration to RISE with SAP Private Cloud. The transformation covered core business areas including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources, while introducing a complete Fiori based user experience across the organization.

The implementation reflects a comprehensive upgrade of legacy enterprise systems to a modern digital core designed to improve operational efficiency and scalability. By transitioning from SAP ECC to S4HANA through a brownfield approach, ISPC retained its existing processes while benefiting from enhanced performance and analytics capabilities. The integration of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR functions into a single platform allows for improved coordination across departments and better visibility into business operations. The addition of a Fiori interface further enhances usability by providing a more intuitive and role based experience for end users.

According to details shared by TMC, the project was executed with a strong emphasis on maintaining quality and ensuring business continuity throughout the transition. Despite the complexity of the transformation, the go live was achieved with minimal disruption to daily operations. This approach highlights the importance of careful planning and execution in large scale ERP implementations, particularly in industries such as manufacturing where downtime can have significant operational and financial implications. The collaboration between TMC consultants, ISPC teams, and the broader SAP partner network played a critical role in delivering the project successfully.

The initiative involved contributions from a wide range of professionals including Rana Rizwan, Yousuf Qureshi, Aamir Saleem, Zeeshan Haider, Shoaib Shahid, Rahman Sayeedur, Zaigham Zaidi, Abuzar Ehteshamuddin, Mohammed Arshad Khan, Essam Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Butt, Nayeemur Rahman, Muhammad Firoz Ashraf, Mohammed Afzal, Yahya Jali, Jassim Al Abbas, Muhammad Siddique, Abdul Hadi Alyousef, and Muhammad Umar. Their combined efforts supported the delivery of Project IMPACTOR and reinforced collaboration between TMC Arabia, TMC MENA, and ISPC. The successful completion of Wave 1 establishes a foundation for further phases of digital transformation as the organization continues to modernize its enterprise systems and processes.
