TallyMarks Consulting (TMC) and Noventa Pharma have completed Pakistan’s first SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in the pharmaceutical industry, marking a significant digital transformation project completed within six months. The implementation establishes a cloud based digital core designed to support greater business agility, operational efficiency, and long term growth. In addition, role based user acceptance testing was carried out to ensure employees across different business functions could validate the new system according to their responsibilities before the production environment became operational. The production cutover process was completed successfully through coordinated planning and execution, allowing the new cloud platform to become operational while maintaining business continuity. Throughout the implementation, both organizations emphasized collaboration, technical precision, and adherence to SAP implementation methodologies.
