TMC successfully completed its brownfield migration to SAP S/4HANA, marking a significant milestone in its digital transformation journey.

The migration project presented a complex challenge. TMC migrated 29 companies to a new enterprise structure, converted over 900 million documents into the 4th generation ERP system, managed 600+ users with over 2,000 assigned roles, and handled the migration of 400+ business processes, including intricate customizations.
Despite these hurdles, the migration process resulted in a flawless 100% reconciliation of hash totals across financials, logistics, production, and HR.
