TallyMarks Consulting (TMC) has hosted an SAP AI Autonomous Enterprise Coaching Day, bringing its team together to explore SAP’s vision for the autonomous enterprise and the business opportunities emerging from artificial intelligence. The session focused on helping employees understand how AI capabilities can be translated into practical business value and customer solutions. As organisations increasingly assess the role of AI in improving business processes and supporting decision-making, equipping technology teams with the knowledge to apply these capabilities has become an important part of enterprise technology adoption. Through the coaching initiative, TMC provided its team with an opportunity to learn more about SAP’s Business AI strategy, examine potential applications and understand how AI-related services can address customer requirements. The programme also reflected the importance of developing internal expertise so that technology professionals can move beyond general discussions about artificial intelligence and identify opportunities for its practical implementation. By bringing SAP experts and TMC employees together, the coaching day aimed to connect SAP’s technology direction with the business needs of customers and the growing demand for AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
The sessions were led by three SAP representatives: Raghuvira Bhagavan, Chief Solution Expert at SAP; Mostafa Sharaf, SAP BTP and AI Solution Architect at SAP; and Usman Khan, Partner Channel Manager at SAP. Their presentations covered several areas of enterprise AI adoption, including AI strategy, monetisation, practical use cases and the development of custom AI agents. These topics provided participants with an overview of how organisations can identify suitable AI opportunities, assess their business value and explore ways to incorporate AI into existing operations. The discussions also examined how businesses can approach AI adoption with a focus on practical outcomes rather than technology alone. AI strategy and monetisation are particularly relevant for organisations seeking to connect technology investments with measurable business objectives, while use cases help demonstrate where AI can support specific processes and requirements. The inclusion of custom AI agents also introduced participants to the expanding role of AI-powered systems that can assist with tasks and business workflows. SAP Business AI and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) formed part of the wider discussion, providing context for how enterprise AI capabilities can be incorporated into business technology environments. Through the contributions of the SAP facilitators, the team gained insight into the platform’s direction and the opportunities available to organisations exploring AI-driven transformation.
Alongside the presentations, the coaching day included live demonstrations, interactive quizzes and discussions designed to connect the concepts with real business requirements. The demonstrations gave participants an opportunity to observe how AI capabilities can be applied, while the interactive activities encouraged engagement with the topics covered during the sessions. Discussions also helped relate the technical and strategic aspects of AI to potential customer needs, allowing the team to consider how emerging solutions could be positioned within enterprise environments. This practical approach was intended to strengthen understanding of how AI can support organisations across different business functions and how technology consultants can identify relevant opportunities for implementation. For consulting and technology service providers, developing this understanding is important as customers increasingly seek guidance on selecting, deploying and integrating AI solutions. Knowledge of AI strategy, business applications and custom agents can help teams engage with customers more effectively and assess which technologies are suitable for particular operational challenges. TMC’s coaching initiative therefore placed emphasis on building the internal knowledge required to turn AI discussions into practical customer opportunities. The involvement of SAP specialists also provided participants with direct exposure to the company’s approach to enterprise AI and the capabilities being developed around its autonomous enterprise vision.
TallyMarks Consulting thanked the SAP facilitators for sharing their expertise and supporting the team’s learning throughout the programme. The company highlighted the importance of equipping its people with the understanding needed to convert conversations about artificial intelligence into relevant customer opportunities. The coaching day forms part of the broader effort to build awareness and practical knowledge around enterprise AI as organisations explore how emerging technologies can contribute to business operations, productivity and decision-making. For TMC, strengthening its team’s understanding of SAP Business AI, SAP BTP and custom AI agents can support future customer engagements involving AI adoption and enterprise transformation. The programme also highlights the role of collaboration between technology vendors and consulting partners in developing the skills required to introduce new solutions into business environments. By combining expert-led sessions with demonstrations and interactive discussions, the initiative aimed to give participants a clearer understanding of SAP’s autonomous enterprise vision and the practical considerations involved in applying AI. As businesses continue to evaluate AI opportunities, TMC’s engagement with SAP reflects the importance of building internal capabilities that can help customers assess and adopt enterprise AI technologies.
