Systems Limited has announced a partnership with Getz Pharma to implement a multi country human resources transformation program covering Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Kenya, and Nigeria. As the implementation partner, Systems Limited will lead the greenfield deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central while redesigning SAP Human Capital Management processes across the seven markets. The initiative is intended to establish a unified HR framework that standardizes workforce data, organizational structures, and core human resource processes while supporting Getz Pharma’s broader digital transformation strategy.

Under the engagement, Systems Limited will oversee the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the redesign of SAP Human Capital Management processes to create an integrated environment for workforce management. The implementation is designed to consolidate workforce information, HR operations, and organizational structures from all seven countries into a single standardized framework. By replacing separate processes with a unified platform, the project aims to improve data consistency and provide a centralized foundation for managing employees across multiple regions. The greenfield deployment approach also enables the implementation of a new digital HR environment that aligns with the operational requirements of each participating market while maintaining a common enterprise wide structure.

According to Systems Limited, the transformation program is expected to establish a single source of truth for workforce information across Getz Pharma’s regional operations. The centralized platform will strengthen HR governance by providing standardized data management and improved visibility into workforce information while supporting regional consistency across different business units. At the same time, the implementation is designed to preserve local compliance requirements in each country, ensuring that standardized HR processes continue to align with country specific regulatory and operational needs. By integrating workforce data, organizational hierarchies, and HR workflows into one platform, the initiative is intended to improve operational efficiency and simplify the management of human resources across multiple international markets.

The collaboration reflects Getz Pharma’s continued investment in digital transformation and enterprise technology to support its expanding regional operations. Systems Limited stated that it looks forward to contributing to the company’s next phase of digital modernization through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and the redesign of SAP Human Capital Management processes. The project also highlights the increasing adoption of enterprise cloud based HR platforms by multinational organizations seeking to modernize workforce management, strengthen governance, and create scalable digital foundations that support long term business growth while maintaining consistency across geographically diverse operations.
