PTCLGroup and Whale Cloud announced the successful completion of their Converged Billing System (CBS) Upgrade project, encompassing the entire portfolio of Fixed Broadband B2B and B2C services.

This major transformation project spanned over a year and involved the seamless migration of services and a flawless cutover execution.

“Congratulations to the entire CBS and IT Allied Systems team members who collaborated seamlessly with our strategic partner WhaleCloud,” said a PTCLGroup spokesperson.

A project completion ceremony was held at PTCLGroup Headquarters in Islamabad, with participation from the project delivery team and senior IT leadership from both sides, including Davy Chen, President of South Asia BU at WhaleCloud.
