Pakistan Single Window (PSW) actively participated in the Regional Transport Ministers Conference (RTMC) 2025, hosted by the Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan. The high-level three-day event brought together transport ministers, senior policymakers, and representatives from 27 countries along with 11 development partners to enhance regional connectivity and promote sustainable transport cooperation. The conference served as a platform for countries to share insights, discuss transport policy integration, and advance digital solutions to improve trade and logistics efficiency across borders.
The event was attended by several prominent dignitaries, including Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan, Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, and Minister for Maritime Affairs Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry. Their participation reflected the government’s emphasis on advancing regional connectivity and sustainable infrastructure development. During the proceedings, both the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister for Communications praised PSW’s efforts in strengthening Pakistan’s trade competitiveness through digital innovation. They recognized PSW’s contribution as vital to Pakistan’s broader goal of achieving integrated trade systems and transparent, technology-enabled processes that facilitate international commerce.
At the conference, PSW showcased its digital trade transformation initiatives, focusing on smart border management, efficient trade corridors, and technology-driven regional integration.
