Punjab Revenue Authority (PRAL) has taken a significant step towards modernizing tax payments in Pakistan with the launch of ePayment 2.0. This state-of-the-art system, integrated within the IRIS 2.0 portal, offers a seamless and user-friendly experience for taxpayers.
With ePayment 2.0, taxpayers can now make online payments conveniently through internet banking, ATMs, and mobile banking, eliminating the need for physical bank visits. This digital transformation initiative aims to streamline tax processes, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance taxpayer satisfaction.
Ms. Ayesha Farooq, DG (IT & DI), inaugurated the ePayment 2.0 system, commending the vision and efforts of the PRAL team. She emphasized the system’s potential to revolutionize tax payments and drive digital transformation in Pakistan.
