Dr. Haider Abbas, Director General of Pakistan’s National Cyber Emergency Response Team (PKCERT), delivered a thought-provoking lecture on “Digital Ethics and Cybersecurity: Challenges and Way Forward” at a recent Policy Dialogue hosted by The Executive Development Institute (EDI), National School of Public Policy.
