Pakistan Institute of Human Resource Management (PIHRM) has announced the AI Powered HR and ER Summit 2026, an industry focused event aimed at exploring the growing role of artificial intelligence in human resources and employee relations. Scheduled to take place on July 30, 2026, at IBA City Campus in Karachi, the summit will bring together HR professionals, business leaders, and technology experts to discuss how AI is influencing organizational culture, employee engagement, and workplace transformation. The event is set to run from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM and will be followed by a networking dinner.
The summit is designed around the theme, “The Future of HR Starts Here,” highlighting the need for organizations to adapt to emerging technologies and changing workforce expectations. The keynote session will be delivered by Raza Kazmi, Chief Executive Officer of Emkan AI, Co Founder of Oware Tech, and Visiting Faculty member at IBA and KSBL. His address, titled “Strategic AI in HR and Employee Relations,” will focus on how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and influencing business performance. The summit will also feature an expert panel discussion on “AI, Culture and Change Management for Organizational Growth.” The panel includes Syed Azmat, Head of Corporate Sales at Cybsoft, Ammara Aftab, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AI Builder Ecosystem, Mustafa Bilal, Group HR Head at Ana Bata Industries, and Hina Saqib, Senior Vice President Human Resources at NBP Karachi. The discussion will be moderated by Ali Noman, Senior Vice President at NBP.
