The ranking is based on independent employee surveys involving more than 2.8 million workers across over 20 industries worldwide. Findings referenced from a 2026 WorldatWork report revealed that nearly 70 percent of employees expressed satisfaction with their compensation, while 77 percent reported satisfaction with their overall benefits. Despite these figures, approximately 75 percent indicated they were still exploring opportunities outside their current organizations. Researchers noted that employee engagement, trust, transparency, professional growth, and meaningful workplace experiences are increasingly influencing retention decisions. Other notable technology organizations appearing within the top 25 included Databricks, Onit, Supercharge.io, Customer.io, Palo Alto Networks, Tanium, YouScan, and Synopsys.
