Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication, Syed Amin Ul Haque, officially inaugurated a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution project at the National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) headquarters in Islamabad.

SIEM solution represents a significant advancement in NTC’s cybersecurity infrastructure. It provides a centralized platform for collecting, analyzing, and responding to security events across the organization’s network. This comprehensive approach empowers NTC to identify and address potential security threats more effectively.

Minister Haque, who presided over the inauguration ceremony, emphasized the importance of robust cybersecurity measures in today’s digital age. “The SIEM solution will significantly enhance NTC’s ability to safeguard critical data and infrastructure,” he stated.

NTC’s Managing Director, Meraj Gul, was also present at the event. The collaboration between the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication and NTC highlights their commitment to prioritizing national security in the digital realm.
