Novacare Hospitals has officially gone live on Oracle Fusion Cloud, implemented through Keystone, marking a significant step in its digital empowerment and enterprise modernization journey. The development reflects the hospital’s broader ambition to build a technology enabled healthcare ecosystem in Pakistan, beginning with its state of the art tertiary care facility in Islamabad. Novacare is positioned as a modern hospital designed to deliver world class clinical services supported by international expertise and advanced medical infrastructure. The adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud forms part of its strategy to align operational systems with global healthcare and enterprise standards while preparing for future nationwide expansion of a tech enabled healthcare network.
The implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud was carried out by Keystone, an IT services provider specializing in Oracle cloud based ERP solutions. Through this deployment, Novacare Hospitals has integrated core business functions including Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management into a unified cloud based platform. This system is designed to streamline operations and enhance visibility across key administrative and operational areas, enabling more efficient management of resources and processes. The integration also supports improved coordination between departments by centralizing data and reducing operational fragmentation, which is critical for large scale healthcare environments where efficiency and accuracy directly impact service delivery.
Novacare’s transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud represents the first phase of a broader enterprise wide automation roadmap. The hospital has outlined plans to expand its digital infrastructure in subsequent phases by implementing additional Oracle modules covering Sourcing, Financial Planning, Talent management, Maintenance, Workforce Scheduling, and Project Management. These future enhancements are intended to create a fully integrated digital ecosystem capable of supporting long term operational growth and sustainable healthcare delivery. The approach reflects an increasing trend among healthcare institutions adopting cloud based enterprise systems to manage complex operational requirements while maintaining scalability and adaptability in service delivery models.
Keystone, which led the implementation, operates as a specialized IT services team focused on Oracle Cloud ERP solutions and supports clients across more than 10 countries. The company positions itself as a partner for SaaS and AI based digital transformation initiatives across both large and midsize enterprises. Novacare Hospitals leadership, including Zahid A. Hans Kedzierski, Mustafa Hassan Ghalib Hafiz Saadat Baseer, MBA, CSCP, B.E, Ali Rizvi Almas Hosain Ali and Khadija Farooq, has been associated with this initiative as part of the organization’s broader effort to establish a modern healthcare technology foundation. The go live milestone highlights Novacare’s continued focus on building an integrated operational framework that supports efficient hospital management, improved administrative control, and structured digital transformation across its planned healthcare network expansion in Pakistan.
