NETSOL Technologies, Inc. has announced a series of leadership transitions across its Americas and European businesses as the company continues to strengthen its operations and commercial presence across key markets. The technology solutions provider, which supports OEMs, dealerships, and financial institutions with AI enabled solutions and services for selling, financing, and leasing assets, announced the appointments on August 31, 2026. Under the changes, Faizaan Ghauri has been appointed President of NETSOL Technologies Americas (NTA), while Peter Minshall and Umar Qadri will relocate to the United Kingdom to support the company’s European operations and business growth initiatives.

Faizaan Ghauri is transitioning from his previous role as Chief Strategy Officer to President of NETSOL Technologies Americas. In this position, he will lead NTA’s strategic direction, commercial activities, and revenue growth initiatives across the Americas region. His responsibilities will include Sales, Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Customer Growth, Partnerships, and other market focused functions, while also supporting Delivery, Finance, Accounting, and operational activities within NTA. Ghauri has been associated with NETSOL for more than fifteen years, contributing across technology and innovation roles, and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. His new role will focus on strengthening NETSOL’s presence in automotive finance, equipment leasing, and digital retail markets while supporting sustainable business expansion.

As part of the leadership transition, Peter Minshall, who previously served as Executive Vice President for NTA, will move to the United Kingdom to take the role of Director, Finance and Operations for Europe. In this position, Minshall will oversee financial and operational activities across NETSOL’s European businesses, including NETSOL Technologies Europe (NTE) and Virtual Lease Services (VLS), a wholly owned NETSOL subsidiary providing portfolio and risk management servicing to business and consumer finance providers across the UK. Minshall brings extensive industry experience and institutional knowledge to the role, with previous senior leadership experience at Daimler Financial Services across Finance, Operations, and Project Portfolio functions.

His responsibilities will extend across NTE and VLS, where he will support sales initiatives and strengthen commercial efforts while continuing to contribute to NETSOL’s broader global sales objectives. NETSOL Founder and Chief Executive Officer Najeeb Ghauri said the leadership changes reflect the company’s internal leadership development and the experience built across its teams over the years. He highlighted that Faizaan Ghauri’s appointment builds on his strategic contributions, while Peter Minshall and Umar Qadri’s relocation will allow them to apply their experience closer to European operations.
