National CERT, NADRA, and NTL Forge Strategic Partnership to Bolster Pakistan’s Cybersecurity

The National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT), the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), and NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) have joined forces to strengthen Pakistan’s cybersecurity ecosystem.

The three organizations signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) at a ceremony held at NADRA Headquarters in Islamabad. The partnership aims to enhance Pakistan’s defense against cyber threats by fostering collaboration and information sharing.

The MoUs outline a comprehensive framework for cooperation, covering the exchange of critical cybersecurity threat intelligence, timely sharing of information on threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents, joint investigations and analysis of cybersecurity incidents, sharing of best practices and development of effective cybersecurity management methodologies, joint research and development initiatives to advance cybersecurity technologies and strategies in Pakistan, and conducting joint training sessions and educational programs to enhance public awareness and understanding of cybersecurity.

This strategic partnership between National CERT, NADRA, and NTL marks a significant step towards creating a safer and more secure digital environment for all Pakistanis. By working together, these organizations can leverage their expertise and resources to address the growing challenges posed by cyber threats.
