Lucky Electric Power Company Adopts NEXZORA Platform For Enterprise AI Enablement

Published:

Lucky Electric Power Company Limited (LEPCL) has introduced NEXZORA, an AI tools, platforms, and dashboards suite developed as part of an AI Transformation and Governance Programme at its 660 MW plant. The initiative was supported through technical consulting provided by SHA Advisory, with the programme focused on enabling artificial intelligence adoption, strengthening governance practices, and building internal capabilities for responsible AI implementation.

Over a 90 day engagement, the AI transformation programme included the development of a data classification framework, AI governance and transformation policy, and capacity development sessions covering artificial intelligence fundamentals, prompting techniques, and the use of AI tools. The central outcome of the initiative was NEXZORA, an extensive suite designed to facilitate AI driven operations across more than 12 departments of LEPCL. The platform represents an effort to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows while supporting structured decision making and improved operational processes. The programme highlighted that successful AI adoption requires more than deploying technology solutions. A key focus of the initiative was establishing governance structures around data ownership, approval processes, and accountability mechanisms. The implementation approach emphasized the importance of determining who manages data, who authorizes its usage, and how organizations maintain responsibility when AI systems are introduced into business environments. These governance considerations are becoming increasingly important as organizations across industries explore artificial intelligence for operational improvements and innovation.

Through NEXZORA, LEPCL aims to provide its departments with access to AI based tools and dashboards that can support different business functions. The platform was developed to help teams explore practical applications of artificial intelligence while ensuring that adoption takes place within a structured framework. The initiative also involved collaboration between LEPCL leadership, HEI leadership, AI Champions, and technical consultants to align the programme with organizational requirements and operational objectives. SHA Advisory, which focuses on technology leadership, engineering transformation, and strategic consulting services, supported the initiative by applying its expertise in AI transformation and governance practices. The collaboration reflects the growing interest among organizations in adopting AI solutions that are supported by clear policies, workforce development, and responsible implementation approaches. As enterprises continue exploring artificial intelligence, governance frameworks and internal capability building are becoming essential elements of successful transformation programmes.

The launch of NEXZORA at LEPCL demonstrates how AI can be introduced into critical infrastructure environments through a structured approach that combines technology, governance, and organizational readiness. The initiative brings together AI innovation, industry collaboration, and workforce enablement to support the evolving digital needs of the energy sector. By focusing on responsible AI practices and practical implementation, LEPCL and its partners are working toward creating sustainable value through artificial intelligence adoption.
