In order to provide an enhanced customer service Khushhali Microfinance Bank (KMBL) has partnered with C Square to deploy Contact Center/CX Solution by Genesys and Avantage CRM. The solution provided by C Square is said to one of the best rated solutions globally.
The collaboration with C Square marks another important initiative taken by KMBL in order to provide enhanced customer experience. The agreement was signed by Ghalib Nishtar, President Khushhalibank and Ahsan Mashkoor, CEO C Square on the 2nd of February 2019.
