Karachi Electric (KE) has successfully implemented Oracle Demand Planning, part of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM), in collaboration with Integration Xperts. This integration aims to streamline KE’s supply chain operations.
Previously, KE faced challenges with distribution cycle gaps, limited demand visibility, and reliance on manual processes. The new system seamlessly integrates with their existing SAP system for monthly targets and planning.
It eliminates manual data entry, improving accuracy, and automates allocation for optimal resource utilization. Additionally, KE can now effortlessly simulate demand scenarios and benefit from streamlined approvals and business intelligence reporting through Oracle OTBI.
“Congratulations to both KE and Integration Xperts teams,” the announcement reads, commending the successful implementation and the role of Integration Xperts in bridging the gap between Oracle and SAP systems. With this transformation, KE boasts a more agile and growth-oriented supply chain powered by Oracle Fusion SCM.
