JazzWorld on Wednesday announced a cross border technology partnership with QazCode LLP aimed at accelerating artificial intelligence driven innovation and expanding software exports between Pakistan and Kazakhstan, marking a significant step in strengthening digital trade ties across the region.
The Memorandum of Understanding brings together JazzWorld, its software and technology subsidiary Teknosys, fellow VEON group company Beeline Kazakhstan, and QazCode LLP in a collaborative framework designed to support joint product development, innovation pipelines, and international market expansion. The partnership positions Pakistani technology solutions for entry into Central Asian markets while opening new commercial pathways for regional enterprises seeking advanced digital platforms. By aligning engineering capabilities with telecom scale and enterprise reach, the collaboration seeks to enhance Pakistan’s growing reputation as a competitive exporter of AI powered and software based services across multiple industries.
Under the agreement, the partners will co create and commercialize AI driven products tailored for telecom, enterprise, and public sector use cases, while also sharing advanced engineering, delivery, and product development practices. A major focus will remain on building export ready digital platforms that combine localized innovation with scalable regional deployment. The initiative is structured to shorten the path from concept to commercial rollout through coordinated innovation cycles, joint proof of concept deployments, and integrated go to market strategies. Beyond product development, the collaboration will also explore high value domains including cloud infrastructure, high performance computing, cybersecurity solutions, and responsible AI frameworks supported by shared research and development environments.
Talent development stands at the core of the partnership’s long term strategy. The companies plan to roll out joint training programs, staff exchanges, research initiatives, and pilot projects aimed at strengthening expertise in AI engineering, data science, digital product management, and enterprise solution delivery. These efforts are designed to ensure continuous skill enhancement while enabling faster translation of innovation into revenue generating solutions. To maintain operational momentum and strategic alignment, a Joint Steering Committee will be formed to oversee project execution, monitor performance metrics, and identify new growth opportunities. The committee will convene quarterly to ensure accountability and steady progress across all collaborative initiatives, with each project governed by separate agreements in compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements in both countries. The MoU will initially span three years, allowing flexibility for expansion through project specific engagements.
Commenting on the development, JazzWorld Chief Executive Officer Aamir Ibrahim said the partnership reflects the company’s ambition to elevate Pakistan within the global digital value chain by transforming local innovation into scalable economic outcomes. He highlighted that combining JazzWorld’s market access with deep AI and engineering expertise would help build sustainable digital platforms capable of generating skilled employment and strengthening Pakistan’s digital competitiveness. QazCode LLP Chief Executive Officer Oleksii Sharavar echoed similar sentiments, noting that both organizations share a vision of turning artificial intelligence into measurable business and societal impact by rapidly moving from development to deployment across regional markets. Industry observers view the collaboration as a strategic milestone in JazzWorld’s transformation from a digital operator into a broader technology and innovation leader, while also signaling the increasing maturity of Pakistan’s AI and software ecosystem within the global digital economy.
