JazzWorld and Schneider Electric have formalized a strategic collaboration aimed at accelerating enterprise digital and energy transformation across Pakistan. Shahzad Rasheed, President Enterprise Solutions at JazzWorld, and Humayun Akhlaq, Country General Manager of Schneider Electric, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly sell and deliver integrated digital, connectivity, and energy solutions powered by EcoStruxure. The partnership brings together JazzWorld’s enterprise technology capabilities with Schneider Electric’s expertise in energy management and automation to support businesses seeking scalable and resilient infrastructure.
Under the agreement, both organizations will collaborate to provide end to end solutions spanning networks, cloud services, data centers, cybersecurity, smart buildings, power systems, and Internet of Things deployments. By leveraging Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure architecture and platform, the alliance aims to enable enterprises to unify their digital and physical infrastructure within a single, intelligent framework. EcoStruxure is designed to enhance operational visibility, improve efficiency, and optimize energy usage through connected devices, analytics, and automation. Through this joint offering, customers will gain access to advanced connectivity integrated with energy optimized systems tailored to evolving business requirements.
The MoU reflects a shared focus on strengthening infrastructure while enabling smarter operations across industries. As organizations continue to digitize core processes, demand for reliable connectivity and energy efficient environments has grown significantly. Data centers require resilient power and cooling systems, enterprises are expanding cloud adoption, and smart building technologies are increasingly being deployed to enhance safety and performance. By combining JazzWorld’s digital network and enterprise service portfolio with Schneider Electric’s domain expertise in power systems and building management, the partnership is positioned to address these converging needs in a coordinated manner.
The collaboration is expected to serve a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, public sector institutions, and commercial real estate. With digital transformation initiatives gaining momentum nationwide, enterprises are seeking partners capable of delivering integrated solutions rather than standalone services. This joint approach aims to simplify deployment, ensure interoperability, and support sustainable growth through energy conscious design. Stronger infrastructure, smarter operations, and sustainable development form the core objectives of the agreement, as both companies work together to expand access to secure, scalable, and future ready enterprise solutions across Pakistan.
Nauman Fakhar, Miqdad Ali Nasser, Asma Zeeshan, Haseeb Uddin Hashmi, Qirat Aamir, and Abdus Samad were also associated with the initiative, highlighting broader organizational support behind the partnership.
