Itanz Technologies Limited has announced the signing of two new contracts with a combined value of $2.10 million, further expanding its footprint in international markets. The first agreement, valued at $1.8 million, has been signed with Global Blue and spans a period of three years. Under this contract, Itanz will provide self service and analytics services for one of Australia’s largest global VAT refund providers. The engagement reflects Itanz’s capabilities in delivering data driven solutions that support operational efficiency and customer experience in financial and retail related services. By focusing on analytics and automation, the company aims to enable improved service delivery and streamlined processes for its client.
In addition to this, Itanz has secured a second contract worth $0.3 million with EDF Group Dalkia UAE, extending over a five year period. This project involves the implementation of a Billing and Revenue Management System, designed to support financial operations and enhance accuracy in billing processes. The agreement underscores Itanz’s expertise in developing and deploying systems that cater to the evolving needs of organizations managing complex revenue streams. The long term nature of the contract also indicates a sustained engagement in supporting system performance and operational continuity.
