ITANZ Secures $3.5 Million Middle East Telecom IoT Deal

Published:

ITANZ Technologies Limited has secured a $3.5 million contract connected to a large scale Internet of Things and analytics deployment for one of the Middle East’s largest and strategically important telecom operators. The company disclosed the development through a notice submitted to Pakistan Stock Exchange, stating that the agreement will be executed through its international operations where ITANZ will act as the technology delivery partner for the project. The latest contract marks a notable expansion of the company’s footprint in the regional telecom technology market, particularly as operators across the Middle East continue increasing investment in digital transformation, smart connectivity, and analytics driven infrastructure.

According to details shared by the company, the agreement is structured around a phased deployment model spread across an initial 24 month period. ITANZ expects to generate approximately $2.6 million during this stage of implementation, with payments divided into four equal six month phases valued at $650,000 each. The deployment is focused on delivering Internet of Things and analytics capabilities for a major telecom operator, although the customer’s identity has not been disclosed. Through its role as technology delivery partner, ITANZ will oversee the rollout linked to the multi million dollar implementation effort, supporting infrastructure integration and operational deployment as part of the arrangement. The company indicated that the phased payment structure offers financial visibility during the execution period while supporting longer term operational engagement.

Following the completion of the deployment phase, ITANZ expects the agreement to continue generating recurring revenue over a three year period through subscription based and managed support services. According to company estimates, post deployment operations are projected to contribute approximately $300,000 annually, increasing the overall contract value to $3.5 million. The recurring services package will include access to digital platforms, artificial intelligence model updates, software enhancements, hardware maintenance, and continuous network operations center backed managed support. These services are expected to ensure system reliability and ongoing optimization for the telecom operator as the deployed technologies move into full operational use.

The company stated that the agreement is expected to provide a predictable and recurring revenue stream while strengthening ITANZ’s presence in the Middle East telecommunications technology market. As telecom operators increasingly invest in connected ecosystems, automation, and analytics driven decision making, technology providers capable of supporting complex deployments are becoming increasingly important to long term digital infrastructure strategies. ITANZ’s latest contract reflects growing demand for integrated technology services that combine Internet of Things capabilities with artificial intelligence powered analytics and managed operational support. The project also highlights how Pakistani technology firms are continuing to expand their reach into international markets by participating in large scale digital transformation initiatives across regional telecom sectors.
