The Institute for Strategic Studies Research and Analysis (ISSRA) wrapped up its highly impactful seminar series on Emerging Technologies and Their Impact on National Security today. Spanning from September 13, 2023, to October 1, 2024, this series brought together a distinguished lineup of industry experts, academic thought leaders, and government officials to examine the strategic role of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and Synthetic Biology in shaping the future of national security.
The event was inaugurated by Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhary, whose remarks underscored the need for a forward-looking approach to harness these rapidly evolving technologies.
