ISACA Karachi Chapter Announces New Board Of Directors For 2026 To 2028 Term

ISACA Karachi Chapter has announced its newly elected Board of Directors for the 2026 to 2028 term following the Annual General Meeting. The announcement reflects the outcome of a structured election process aimed at strengthening governance, leadership, and professional engagement within the chapter. The newly formed board brings together professionals from diverse domains of information security, IT governance, audit, compliance, and academic relations, reinforcing the organization’s continued focus on advancing standards and professional development within the technology and governance community.

The elected leadership includes Kashif Alam Khan as Chapter President, Zainab Hameed as Chapter Vice President, Naushad Siddiqi as Chapter Secretary, and Muhammad Sajjad Mirza holding the position of Chapter Treasurer with credentials including CISA, CISM, and CDPSE. Additional appointments include M. Sharique Siddiqui as Chair Communications, Haris Ahmed as Chair Membership, Navaid Naqvi as CISA Coordinator who also holds certifications including CISA, CISM, CDPSE, ISMS Senior LA, APMG Accredited Instructor, CISSO, and COBIT, Adeel Rashid as CISM Coordinator, Sapna Devi as Chair IT Governance and COBIT, Attaullah Memon as Chair Marketing, Junaid Kara as Chair of Academic Relations, and Hussein Hassanali serving as Immediate Past President. One position, Chair Special Projects, remains to be decided by the Board, indicating ongoing organizational planning for specialized initiatives within the term.

The Annual General Meeting served as the formal platform for the election process, ensuring structured participation and transparent selection of leadership roles. ISACA Karachi Chapter acknowledged the efforts of the Nomination Committee for conducting the election process in a fair and transparent manner. Their work was recognized as a key factor in ensuring the credibility and smooth execution of the voting process.
