Indus Motor Company has successfully completed the Go Live of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple human resources platforms, including Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS) and Joule. The implementation marks the completion of a six month digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing HR technology capabilities and improving employee management processes. Tanveer Maredia, Manager SAP at Indus Motor Company, shared the successful completion of the project, highlighting the collaboration, learning and teamwork involved throughout the implementation journey. The project included multiple stages such as requirement gathering, system configuration, testing and final cutover, with teams working together to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
The SAP SuccessFactors implementation was carried out with the support of internal teams, consultants and technology partners who contributed their expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Maredia expressed appreciation for the leadership and support provided by Zaid Umer Farooqui and Khurram Mahmood, who trusted him with the opportunity to lead the initiative. He also acknowledged the contributions of the Indus Motor Company team, including Saeed Ullah Khan, Ameer Siddiqui, Shahzad Ahmed, Muhammad Mohsin ul Haq, Hira Ashraf, Shayan Siddiqui, Dua Abdul Khaliq, Tehniyat Ahmed, Urooj Azam and Rabiya Noor. Their commitment and collaboration played an important role in completing the implementation process and supporting the successful deployment of SAP SuccessFactors capabilities across the organization.
The project also involved collaboration with Moonshot Technologies, whose team provided support and partnership during the implementation. Maredia highlighted the contribution of international consultants Amit, Tejas, Ranu and Rutika, recognizing their expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and their role in supporting the successful deployment. The implementation brought together local knowledge and international experience, demonstrating how collaboration between different teams can help organizations adopt enterprise technology solutions effectively. SAP SuccessFactors provides organizations with tools to manage employee information, performance processes, learning activities and workforce operations through integrated digital platforms, helping businesses improve efficiency and employee engagement.
Maredia also recognized the contributions of local team members Faheem Ahmed Shaikh, Ali, Hammad and Umar Bakhtiar, describing their efforts as an important part of the project’s success.
