Google Cloud has published a case study highlighting how Imagination AI has integrated Gemini and Google Cloud technologies across its product development workflows, consumer applications, and enterprise data infrastructure. Shared by Imagination AI Founder and Group CEO Moiz Syed, the case study documents how the company has built AI driven development processes that reduce manual effort, accelerate application design, and support scalable deployment across its portfolio of AI enabled products. Working alongside Google Cloud partner Tridorian, the company has developed structured workflows that combine multiple Google Cloud services to automate design, strengthen analytics, and improve operational efficiency.
According to the case study, Imagination AI developed an internal AI Design Spec Coach using Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform to address one of the most time consuming stages of software development, converting Product Requirements Documents into structured design specifications. Rather than relying on conventional conversational AI interactions, the platform generates typed and schema constrained outputs that integrate directly with Google Stitch before transitioning into Figma for design review. The workflow uses Gemini 3.1 Pro for reasoning intensive research and Gemini 3.6 Flash for large scale specification generation, while Google Search provides grounding capabilities and Datastore under Identity Aware Proxy manages application states. Google Cloud noted that a complete specification run now takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes at an average cost of around $0.27, enabling the generation of a reviewable 58 screen user interface prototype in under an hour. The structured workflow reduces repeated prompting, preserves project context, and creates a repeatable development process that supports faster collaboration between product and design teams.
Beyond internal product development, the case study explains that Imagination AI has extended Gemini capabilities across its portfolio of consumer applications, including Femverse, XeNo, Raaye, and Vivlo. The company uses Gemini as a reusable intelligence layer to deliver context aware AI experiences while maintaining cost efficiency and privacy. For Femverse, production benchmarking across 105 real world scenarios showed that Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite achieved quality comparable to leading competing models while operating at substantially lower generation costs and delivering response latency of approximately 11 to 12 seconds. In XeNo, the architecture keeps user data encrypted locally on devices while Cloud Run executes Gemini as a cloud reasoning service responsible for query decomposition, intent routing, and answer generation without accessing raw user files. This hybrid model combines cloud based intelligence with privacy focused design, allowing the company to build AI enabled consumer applications across digital health, social media, knowledge management, and hybrid device cloud intelligence while maintaining efficient infrastructure and user data protection.
Google Cloud also highlighted Imagination AI’s enterprise data modernization efforts, built on a long standing relationship with the cloud provider spanning nearly a decade. The company centralized analytics from Google Analytics 4, Google Play, AdMob, and Google Ads into BigQuery to establish a unified business intelligence environment capable of supporting its expanding application ecosystem. During a multi month engagement, Google Cloud partner Tridorian worked with Imagination AI through technical architecture reviews, query optimization, improved data modeling, and hands on training for Looker dashboards. The collaboration also helped reduce BigQuery query and warehousing costs while strengthening internal engineering capabilities. By combining BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Firebase App Hosting, Gemini, and other Google Cloud services within a unified infrastructure, Imagination AI has created a scalable technology foundation designed to support continuous product development, efficient analytics, and the deployment of context aware AI applications across its growing consumer portfolio.
