A new collaboration in the data center consulting space has been formalized as FND Pvt Ltd Consulting Engineers and 4sight Technologies Pvt Ltd announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at delivering integrated services across Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa.
In a market where vendor driven solutions often shape technical decisions, both organizations emphasized their shared commitment to maintaining independence in engineering recommendations. The partnership focuses on offering vendor neutral advisory services, ensuring that client requirements remain the primary driver behind all technical and strategic decisions. This approach is positioned as increasingly important in the evolving data center landscape, where operational efficiency and compliance standards require unbiased planning and execution.
The agreement was signed by Nausheen Ashraf, CEO of 4sight Technologies, and Fahim Siddiqui, CEO of FND, marking a strategic alignment between two firms with significant industry experience. FND brings 38 years of multidisciplinary engineering expertise, covering HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and construction supervision. On the other hand, 4sight Technologies contributes 18 years of specialized experience in data center consulting, including standards based design, compliance assurance, certification readiness, and audit services aligned with globally recognized frameworks such as TIA 942, EN 50600, and ISO 22237. By combining these capabilities, the collaboration aims to address both infrastructure and operational aspects of mission critical facilities.
Through this partnership, clients will have access to a unified consulting team capable of managing the full lifecycle of data center projects. This includes early stage strategic planning, detailed design, MEP engineering, construction supervision, commissioning, and final operational handover. The joint offering is intended to streamline project execution while maintaining technical accuracy and compliance with international standards. Organizations seeking to build or upgrade their data center infrastructure are expected to benefit from the combined strengths of both companies, particularly in areas where coordination between multiple engineering disciplines and consulting functions is required.
The collaboration also reflects the growing demand for reliable and scalable data center infrastructure across emerging markets. As digital transformation initiatives expand in Pakistan and neighboring regions, the need for high performance, standards compliant facilities continues to rise. By integrating engineering depth with specialized consulting, FND and 4sight Technologies aim to support enterprises and institutions in meeting these demands with structured, independent guidance.
