The partnership was formally signed at LEAP 2026 by Dr. Basim Zafar, Founder and CEO of Experts Vision Consulting, and Sajjad Syed, Chairman of ExD Group. The signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Ms. Shaza Khawaja, Federal Minister of Information and Communication Technology of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and H.E. Mr. Ahmad Farooq, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Their presence highlighted the importance of technology collaboration and business partnerships between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Through this collaboration, EVC and ExD will focus on creating opportunities by combining technology expertise, regional knowledge, and digital transformation capabilities.
