Devsinc, a leading IT services and enterprise technology company in Pakistan, has acquired Datics AI, one of the country’s most prominent AI-first technology firms, in a strategic move aimed at advancing enterprise AI capabilities and strengthening Pakistan’s role in the global data and AI market. This acquisition marks Devsinc’s third major acquisition of 2025, following Alchemative and Cloud1, reflecting a deliberate approach to building a comprehensive, end-to-end AI and digital transformation ecosystem. Datics AI, awarded Best Software House 2022 by the President of Pakistan and founded by Umair Majeed, Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year 2021, brings deep knowledge in machine learning, predictive analytics, and agentic AI systems. As part of the deal, Umair Majeed will join Devsinc as SVP Growth, while former CTO Rana Umar Majeed will take the role of SVP, AI Enablement & Transformation. Devsinc’s Global CEO, Usman Asif, noted that integrating Datics AI’s talent and technologies will create one of the region’s most robust AI and data analytics capabilities. He added that this acquisition is a long-term investment in Pakistan’s technology leadership and will expand Devsinc’s reach across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC markets, supporting global enterprise clients with next-generation AI solutions.
Umair Majeed highlighted that the combination of Datics AI’s technical depth and Devsinc’s global delivery network will enable the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions that reflect Pakistan’s growing strength in deep technology.
