Data Vault Pakistan and Galaxy Technology (Pvt) Ltd. have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at expanding local cloud capabilities and developing high performance computing infrastructure in Pakistan, as organizations across the country increasingly explore digital sovereignty and artificial intelligence adoption. The agreement brings together Data Vault Pakistan’s capabilities in AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers and cybersecurity with Galaxy Technology’s nationwide ICT infrastructure, connectivity services and network integration expertise. The collaboration is focused on creating infrastructure that can support advanced AI workloads and critical data within Pakistan, while providing public and private sector organizations with access to locally hosted digital services. The partnership reflects growing interest in building domestic technology capabilities and reducing reliance on digital infrastructure located outside the country.
The agreement was signed by Syed Zeeshan Ali, Co Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Data Vault Pakistan, and Muhammad Jhanghir, Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Technology (Pvt) Ltd. Under the strategic alliance, Data Vault Pakistan will provide a range of high technology digital solutions designed to support organizations adopting AI and advanced computing capabilities. Its portfolio under the partnership will include AI Model as a Service, also known as MaaS, GPU as a Service or GPUaaS, sovereign and hybrid cloud solutions, AI ready data center services and high performance computing infrastructure. Data Vault Pakistan will also oversee cybersecurity, compliance and managed machine learning operations, or MLOps, tailored for adoption by public and private sector organizations. These services are intended to provide the technological foundation required for organizations seeking to deploy AI models, manage advanced workloads and operate digital systems within a locally controlled infrastructure environment.
Galaxy Technology will complement these capabilities through its nationwide Information and Communications Technology infrastructure, national connectivity services and network integration capabilities. Its role will focus on providing the underlying network framework required to connect and support the cloud, AI and high performance computing services being offered through the partnership. By combining Data Vault Pakistan’s cloud, AI and data center capabilities with Galaxy Technology’s connectivity and ICT infrastructure, the companies aim to establish an integrated environment capable of supporting advanced digital workloads. The collaboration is also intended to address the infrastructure requirements of organizations that need secure and reliable access to computing resources, while enabling AI workloads and critical information to remain hosted within Pakistan. The companies emphasized that the partnership is designed to support technical self reliance and strengthen local capabilities in areas that are becoming increasingly important to digital transformation.
Speaking at the signing, executives from both companies emphasized the objective of ensuring that critical data and advanced AI workloads can be securely hosted within national borders.
