AI And Future CFO Masterclass To Explore Artificial Intelligence Strategy For Finance Leaders

Published:

TerraBiz has announced its upcoming AI & The Future CFO masterclass, a full day executive learning programme designed to help finance leaders understand where artificial intelligence can deliver practical business value while addressing governance, accountability, and implementation challenges. The programme will take place in Karachi on 24 September 2026 at Mövenpick Hotel and in Lahore on 25 September 2026 at PC Hotel. The masterclass is aimed at finance executives seeking practical guidance on adopting AI within finance functions, with a focus on informed decision making rather than technology trends alone.

The session will be led by Daniel Clark, former Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and Chair of the ICAEW Tech Faculty Board. According to TerraBiz, the programme has been developed around key questions that finance leaders should evaluate before committing to AI initiatives. These include identifying where AI creates measurable value, assessing whether organizational data is ready to support AI driven processes, and determining accountability when AI assisted decisions produce unexpected outcomes. The course material also examines actionable strategy, judgement, and transformation for finance professionals operating in rapidly changing business environments. Based on the programme details, participants will explore how AI can be integrated into finance functions while balancing innovation with governance, risk management, and operational responsibility. The masterclass is designed to provide practical insights that enable finance leaders to evaluate AI opportunities using structured decision making rather than relying solely on technology driven expectations.

The programme will be co facilitated by Saad Kaliya, FCA, Partner at A. F. Ferguson & Co., a member firm of the PwC network, who will contribute local implementation insights and practical perspectives for organizations operating in Pakistan. According to the course outline, attendees will examine AI applications across finance operations, data readiness, governance, compliance, and transformation strategies while gaining an understanding of how finance teams can prepare for AI enabled workflows. The agenda also covers practical considerations around accountability, organizational readiness, and responsible adoption of AI technologies within finance departments. TerraBiz stated that the programme has been structured for finance leaders who are evaluating AI initiatives and want to understand both the opportunities and operational considerations before implementation. Participants will also be able to claim eight Continuing Professional Development hours upon successful completion of the masterclass.

TerraBiz has also announced registration details for the programme, with the regular participation fee set at PKR 125,000 per person. Organizations registering groups of two to four participants can avail a discounted fee of PKR 110,000 per participant, while groups of five or more will be charged PKR 100,000 plus applicable sales tax per participant. The company noted that group rates are available to encourage organizational participation and collaborative learning. Registrations are currently open, and TerraBiz stated that seats are limited for both Karachi and Lahore sessions. The initiative reflects the growing focus among finance professionals on understanding how artificial intelligence can be evaluated, governed, and applied responsibly while supporting business transformation through informed decision making and practical implementation strategies.
