1LINK Reassures Customers of Uninterrupted Services

1LINK has issued a statement to address recent concerns about disruptions in nationwide funds transfers and cash withdrawals. The company has assured stakeholders that its services are fully operational and available 24/7 without any interruptions.

In a press release, 1LINK clarified that the temporary service degradation experienced yesterday evening has been resolved, and all banking touchpoints, including ATMs, mobile apps, internet banking, point-of-sale terminals, and agent networks, are functioning normally.

Despite the brief disruption, 1LINK has reported a surge in transaction volumes, surpassing the daily average for 2024. Today, the company expects to see even higher transaction activity, with single-day transactions exceeding 5 million and amounting to Rs. 160 billion across interoperable ATMs and Interbank Funds Transfers (IBFTs).

This performance highlights the resilience of 1LINK’s infrastructure and the continued trust of banking customers in the company and its member banks.

1LINK has reiterated its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and security and is working closely with partner banks and the State Bank of Pakistan to ensure uninterrupted and secure financial services for all users.
